When I went to collect this 3"x1" piece of planed oak, I should have checked that the item was straight. I later found it had a slight bend in the middle. Because I was cutting the piece into shorter lengths I managed to be able to use it, but it is annoying that someone is clearly not checking their cuts when they make them, because if someone wanted to use the full length it would have been useless.
I ordered online for click and collect. Apart from an initial acknowledgment I heard nothing for 5 days until I phoned to ask about it. It seemed from the reaction that my order was misplaced in the system. I was initially told it would take 4 more days, but subsequently I was told it would be made available same day.
The other piece that comprised the bulk of the order was ok, so my rating relates mainly to the length of 3" x 1"

Ordered in the morning, got a call 30 minutes later confirming my order and they asked if I needed anything else and delivered in the afternoon!
