The cladding is lovely really good quality only issue was that some of the cladding in one of the packages were damaged and we are not able to use as edge damaged so couldn’t join up.

The oak mouldings are very good but unfortunately, of the five packs delivered, two were damaged and the boards damaged.. So unnecessary. Fortunately I think I can work around this. But very disappointing.
The packaging was not well protected.

Nice product, slight damage, check width carefully before ordering 19 May 2020 | Simon
The package arrived on time and in generally good condition. A couple of the pieces in the pack were slightly damaged or not cut with clean edges. This did not matter for my application, as I needed to trim the ends anyway. However, it could have been a problem had I needed the full 2.4 m length.
Although it might seem obvious, it would also have been helpful if the website had specified that the 92 mm is the width of the product including the tongue and had quoted the *effective* width after locking the pieces together (which is only about 80 mm). I ended up being short by one piece in the quantity that I ordered because of this, which was very frustrating.

Very pleased with the product. The carriage wrapping was remarkable to avoid damage...half expected a porcelain vase to emerge, but the cladding arrived in perfect condition.
